About Barbara Mackenzie
Born and raised in Austria, I joined the Haskell Team in 2011 as House Manager for the Haskell Group. When my two daughters decided to further their studies in Austria I joined them in 2013 only to return to South Africa in April 2017 when I took over as Operations Manager of Haskell Vineyards and Longtable Restaurant. Different jobs in different industries and countries have taught me a lot, but there is one thing that is important no matter where you are in life: the appreciation of certain values. Genuine care, always being open to learning, building trust, perseverance, giving the best of your ability, checking the ego, dreaming big and winning together.
